§1 SUBJECT
- The Hotel Regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") apply to all persons staying at Seaside Park Hotel, who are obliged to comply with and adhere to its provisions.
- The entity renting rooms and managing Seaside Park Hotel is Hotel Management Services Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw (02-676), at 15 Postępu Street, registered in the entrepreneurs' register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000689566, NIP: 525-271-85-50, REGON: 367975830, with share capital of 5,000.00 PLN.
- The entity renting rooms - the Hotel Manager, as well as the Seaside Park Hotel property, are further referred to in the Regulations as "Hotel," and the room renter as "Guest."
- The Regulations define the rules for providing services - room rental, responsibilities, as well as rules for staying at the Hotel and using hotel facilities. The Regulations form an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by making a reservation and by signing the registration card.
- The Guest is obliged to familiarize themselves with the Regulations, accept its content, and confirm the above in the registration card. The Regulations are available for inspection at the hotel reception, on hotel room TVs, and on the website https://seasidepark.pl.

§2 HOTEL DAY
- The hotel room is rented for hotel days. The hotel day lasts from 15:00 to 11:00 the next day.
- If the Guest does not specify the duration of their stay when booking the room, it is assumed that the room is rented for one hotel day.
- The length of the hotel day specified in section 1 may be subject to change depending on the type of room or the offer selected by the Guest during the reservation and included in the reservation confirmation.
§3 RESERVATION AND CHECK-IN
- The basis for checking in the Guest is to present a valid photo ID at the hotel reception. In case of refusal to present the document in a way that allows identity verification, the reception staff has the right to refuse to issue the room key and conclude the hotel contract.
- The hotel does not accept minors unless they are under the constant supervision of a legal guardian (Guest).
- The hotel reception, during the Guest's check-in process, is entitled to collect personal data on the registration card. The principles of personal data processing are included in the Information on Personal Data Processing, which is available at the Hotel Reception.
- The Guest personally signs the registration card.
- The receptionist is not allowed to retain the Guest's ID – it is immediately returned after completing the registration card.
- The hotel may refuse to accept a Guest who, during their previous stay, grossly violated the Rules, in particular by causing damage to hotel property or property of other Guests, or caused damage to the person of other Guests, employees, or other persons staying in the Hotel.
- The hotel may refuse to accept any other Guest who, in the opinion of the staff, poses a threat to the safety, health, life, or image of other Guests, employees, and the Hotel (brand).
- The hotel may refuse or cease providing hotel services to Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- The Guest may not transfer the room to other persons, even if the period for which they paid the fee has not expired.
- Only registered persons may stay in the rooms.
- The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee for the stay of unregistered persons and unreported animals in the Guest's hotel room according to the currently applicable price list available at the Reception. Visiting persons stay in the rooms at the sole responsibility of the Guest.
- A request to extend the hotel day, i.e., early check-in before 15:00 or late check-out after 11:00, should be reported at the reservation stage. If such a request was not made at the reservation stage, it should be reported immediately upon arrival at the Hotel Reception.
- If the reservation was made through an intermediary, the request to extend or shorten the stay should be reported to the entity or third party through which the reservation was made.
- The hotel does not guarantee the possibility of extending the hotel day for a fee.
- Leaving belongings or staying in the room after 11:00 on the day of departure, without prior notification of the Reception, is treated as an automatic extension of the stay. If the Guest leaves the room after 11:00, the Hotel will charge a fee of 100 PLN gross for each started hour, and after 18:00 will charge the room rental according to the prices applicable on that day. The hotel does not guarantee the possibility of extending the stay.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse to extend the hotel day in case of non-compliance with the Rules as well as in case of lack of room availability. The hotel also reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay at the Hotel if full payment for the previous stay has not been made.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse to shorten the stay specified in the Guest's reservation if the Guest's reservation concerns a non-cancellable offer or if the request to shorten the stay was made when changes to the reservation were not possible due to the cancellation conditions included in the Guest's reservation confirmation.
- In case of failure to cancel the reservation within the specified period, included in the reservation conditions, or in case the Guest does not arrive at the Hotel on the planned date, the Hotel will charge the Guest for the first hotel day, with the reservation that if the Guest made a non-cancellable reservation, the hotel will charge the Guest for the entire reserved stay.
- In case of the Guest's resignation from the stay during the hotel day, the Hotel does not refund the fee for that hotel day.
- The Guest is obliged to settle 100% of the reservation value during check-in or present a voucher covering the cost of the stay (if the reservation applies).
§4 SERVICES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
- The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of complaints regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them immediately at the Reception, which will allow the Hotel to react immediately.
- The hotel is obliged to provide Guests with:
- security, including confidentiality of information about the Guest,
- service in all services provided at the Hotel,
- room cleaning, performing necessary repairs of equipment during the Guest's absence, and in their presence only if they express such a wish,
- a technically efficient room; in case of defects, the Hotel will first attempt to remove them; if it is not possible to remove the defect, the Hotel will make every effort to, as far as available, replace the room or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience.
- Additionally, at the Guest's request, the Hotel provides the following services free of charge:
- renting a bathrobe based on a voucher received at the Main Reception. Failure to return the voucher entails a fee of 150 PLN,
- providing information related to the stay and travel,
- wake-up call at the specified hour,
- storage of money and valuable items in the hotel deposit during the Guest's stay at the Hotel, subject to §6 section 3 of the Rules,
- storage of the Guest's luggage (the Hotel may refuse to store luggage at times other than the Guest's stay dates and items that do not have the characteristics of personal luggage), unless mandatory legal regulations prohibit this; the Guest stores luggage in the room or a designated place,
- ordering a taxi,
- access to the Internet on the hotel premises.
- Hotel Guests during their stay can use the fitness area and the pool-sauna area free of charge.
- At the Guest's request, staying in the Hotel with small children up to 3 years old, a cot is provided in the room free of charge, provided it is available.
- Guests can use the unguarded outdoor and underground parking for an additional fee. The hotel does not reserve parking spaces.
§5 GUESTS' RESPONSIBILITY
- Silence must be observed in the Hotel from 22:00 to 6:00 the next day. During the quiet hours, Guests and persons using the Hotel's services are required to behave appropriately and not disturb the peace of other people.
- The Guest will not cause, and the Hotel will not allow excessive noise in the Hotel, unpleasant odors from the hotel room, or otherwise disturb or harm other Hotel Guests.
- Children under 14 years old should be on the Hotel premises under the constant supervision of their legal guardians. Legal guardians are fully financially responsible for any damage to the equipment and technical devices resulting from the actions of minors under their care.
- The hotel Guest is fully financially responsible for any damage or destruction of equipment and technical devices of the Hotel, resulting from their fault or the fault of visiting persons, which will be evaluated by the Hotel staff.
- The Guest also bears financial responsibility for special cleaning, which will also be evaluated by the Hotel staff.
- In the case referred to in section 5, the Hotel is entitled to evaluate the damage, destruction, special cleaning, and charge the Guest with the cost of repairs upon check-out or after check-out, based on an invoice with an obligation to pay within 7 days.
- The Hotel has a statutory lien on the items brought by the Guest to the Hotel in case of delay in payment for the stay or failure to settle the bill for provided services.
- In case of violation of the Rules, the Hotel has the right to refuse
